Dr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Sullivan joined the practice in 2002. Dr. Sullivan is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Sullivan enjoys all aspects of orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Sullivan and his wife, Cindy, have 4 children. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and golf.
