Will I be seen by a doctor?

Yes! You see a doctor, the person who can best diagnose and treat your pain or injury.

We see any new injury including fractures (broken bones), sprains, lacerations (cuts), sports injuries, worker’s compensation injuries, ACL injuries, meniscus tears, shoulder injuries, and more.

OSMS accepts many types of insurance plans. Find out what plans we accept.  If you don’t see your insurance listed, contact one of our patient advocates at 920-430-8113.

In most cases, you do not need a referral, however, it is always best to contact your insurance prior to being seen to verify if a referral is needed. Call our clinic and talk to one of our patient advocates to find out, 920-430-8113.
